To celebrate the start of the wedding season this issue is all about weddings. We have eight amazing tutorials from some of the world’s top artists. Award winning sugar florist Sweta Dalmia teaches us to make the stunning cake on our cover, whilst Ruchika Bhargava shows us how to create a beautiful wedding wreath full of sugar florals. We have some showstopping cakes from Kerry Hemms, Emma Stewart and Annemarie Payne, some cute toppers from Liz Tang as well as a tongue-in-cheek Mother-In-Law recipe from Miriam Pearson, plus a royal icing and edible painting masterclass from Cao Thị Thu Thảo.
