Jennifer Golton is also back this month with a hyper-detailed cookie art tutorial and her lesson is, as always, packed with tips and tricks to really help you get to grips with royal icing cookie art. 
 
We have showstopper cake tutorials from Shumaila Rai, Jenny Bacchus and Vanessa Broughton as well as gorgeous sugar flower masterclasses from Maffy Siham. Sara Forconi shows us how to create an incredible rainbow unicorn model and Miriam Pearson shares her tried and tested fudge recipe.
