A single entry for the 2025 Beginner Sugar Art of the Year category.
 
You MUST be a beginner to enter this category. Beginners is classed as someone who is new to competitions this year OR someone who has been in the industry for less than three years. If you do not meet this criteria please enter the main Sugar Art of the Year competition instead. We reserve the right to move you to the Sugar Art of the Year category if we believe you do not fit the criteria above.

You may enter as many pieces as you like but you must purchase ONE ENTRY PER PIECE. Please see below for instructions on how to complete your entry.
 
RULES: 
Only pieces made between 15th November 2024 and 15th November 2025 will be accepted.
Pieces submitted must be your own work and must be covered or finished in edible materials. Decorative pieces and covered dummies are allowed. 
Photographs with logos will NOT be accepted.
You may enter pieces that were created for customer orders, showpieces, collaborations, other online or in-person competitions.

- YOUR ORDER NUMBER
- HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR FULL NAME AND COMPANY NAME DISPLAYED IF YOU ARE SELECTED AS A FINALIST
- YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS / WEBSITE (IF APPLICABLE)
- THE NAME OF YOUR PIECE
- ONE FULL LENGTH PHOTO OF YOUR PIECE WITHOUT LOGOS / PEOPLE
-  UP TO 3 ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF DETAILS WITHOUT LOGOS / PEOPLE (If you are selected as a finalist you will be able to submit more photographs).
 
Failure to provide the above may result in your entry not being considered.
 
Note: If you have entered the Beginners Sugar Art of the Year previously then you are not eligible to enter again and will need to enter the main Sugar Art of the Year category instead.
 
FAQ: I have been in the industry for less than three years but I am not new to competitions as I have been entering them for longer than one year. Can I still enter this category? YES
 
FAQ: I have been in the business for longer than 3 years but this year was the first time I entered a competition. Can I still enter this category? YES
 
FAQ: I have been in the business for less than three years and am new to competitions this year but I entered this category in a previous DMAs. Can I still enter? NO - you need to enter the main Sugar Art of the Year category now.
