Welcome to edition 13 of D'licious Magazine!


Whilst 13 may be unlucky for some, for us it marks a whole year since D'licious Magazine started and we have been overwhelmed by your amazing support. Thank you so much. We couldn't do this magazine without all of you.


This month we celebrate the new year and we know a lot of us will have new years resolutions, dreams and goals we want to achieve in 2023. With that in mind, the theme of this issue is DREAMS & AMBITIONS. Inside you will find eight amazing tutorials including the whimsical elephant on the front cover, brought to you by the super-talented Anastasiia Osipova. We also have two stunning cookie tutorials, a cute dragon themed cake to recreate as well as a fairy and mouse tea party scene, a realistic carved camera cake, a beautiful sugar flower lesson and a millionaires shortbread recipe.


We learn all about the outstanding life-sized dinosaur from Victoria White Cake Design which wowed audiences at Cake International. We speak to modelling megastars Valentin Maevskiy and Pedro Sequera and we have three stunning international collaborations for you to see.


There are all the usual regular features including Newbie & Now, top tips and can't live without products and we also cover the Cake Artist World Awards 2022 and look at goal setting with business expert Kate Tynan.
