Summer is finally here and that means sunshine, holidays, flowers blooming everywhere and lots of cakey fun to be had. Dive into this colourful and fun issue.

Our cover star is Shumaila Rai who shows you how to create a stunning, multi-tiered cake complete with sugar flowers, edible fabric and gorgeous texture. As if that wasn’t enough, we also see how award-winning artist Maffy Siham creates an intricate beach house scene, Miriam Pearson shows us how to whip us some picnic worthy scones, Judit Hermann brings some incredibly realistic hippos to life and Sweta Dalmia creates the most beautiful cake adorned with sugar flowers and realistic natural textures.
